Prospect bolsters blueline corps

The Clippers' new lineup is coming together.

Nanaimo's B.C. Hockey League team announced another player commitment this week, with 18-year-old Colton Dahlen signing on.

Dahlen, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound defenceman from Vernon, played junior B with the Revelstoke Grizzlies last season. He played 41 games, tallying 21 points.

"He will add excellent mobility, skill, and competitiveness to our blueline," said Mike Vandekamp, Clippers coach and GM, in a press release. "He is a very good skater who moves the puck well, has good instincts at both ends of the ice, and competes hard every day."
