Re: Together, men and women can make city better, Letters, Oct. 30.
It is not just council and city staff that are unbalanced. Have a look at the makeup of all the city committees, from the Nanaimo Economic Development Corporation through to the South Downtown Waterfront Committee.
So how can women get a feel as to how their city works and where they might like to first get involved?
