Re: Survey looks at strength of tech sector, Oct. 1.
Well, with a few weeks to Halloween, it was no trick or treat that $18,000 of taxpayers’ money got, yet again, spirited away, this time by Nanaimo’s Economic Development Corporation and Innovation Island, all just for this so-called technical survey.
Oh wait, you have to have a technical-based economy in the first place – which we very obviously do not have – to do a tech survey.
Nanaimo Economic Development Corporation is not only yet again wasting taxpayers’ money, but also, overall, it just does not work.
