To the Editor,
Re: Dumb leaders attack smart meters, B.C. Views, Oct. 6
Tom Fletcher’s article in which he calls our municipal leaders dumb – yes, you heard it right – only proves that he is the true member of “the dumb and misinformed” club.
I suppose that Lloyd’s of London is truly dumb since they have stopped providing liability insurance to companies that install cell towers and other Wi-Fi technology.
I suppose the economist that recently stated in the Globe and Mail that Wi-Fi could collapse the global economy should it prove to be the next asbestos is bordering on the classification of moron.
I encourage everyone who reads this to search ‘smart meters’ on the Internet and start following the links – don’t be misled by Fletcher’s clearly transparent government-corporate partisanship.
I then encourage you take a stand along with the “tiny group of protestors” to which he also refers in his article.
