Like a little kid, when you want something you whine. When it does not cost you a dime, you put your hand out for more.

In these pages I am reading absurd letters from people who live outside the city taxation area but tell others to pick up the tab for arts and culture. These people need to keep out of Nanaimo’s business or all Nanaimo needs to tell them how to spend Ladysmith’s tax money.
