LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Bargains can still be found

It’s more satisfying to discover good deals than to complain about high prices, says letter writer

To the editor,

I am different than most people which I find a bonus as I look at things in a different light. I want to commend all the grocery stores that are continuing putting on great sales constantly. I greatly appreciate that and I come away from the stores feeling extra happy that I purchased many groceries at super prices. People everywhere are complaining of how much things are going up in price. I, on the other hand, am finding more sales and I will not agree with others who feel that prices are up.

It is mind over matter. If people are always complaining about things, then that particular issue will be always with them and they will be looking at always the negative side of life.

I love to look at things very optimistically and am always feeling that prices are great. I think if people look at it all differently, they will be a lot happier and feel a whole lot of stress leaving them.

Go out and find those sales. Be grateful for what you have and count your blessings.
