Re: Council asks for stay on Colliery dam order, April 16.
I have an all-too-simple solution to this ongoing dam debate. Just declare the Colliery dams an historical site, thereby not only saving the now-too-overburdened Nanaimo taxpayers money from further financial shrinkage, but also just to stop all of this continuing madness.
