Samuel Paul
July 8, 1921- February 13, 2013
Sam passed away peacefully after a long, healthy, happy and active life. Pre-deceased by Lily, his loving wife of 56 years. Loving and much loved father of Sharon (Edward) Fitch of Victoria, Ruth (Larry) Iwaskow of Nanaimo, Morrie (Shaina Lipsey) Paul of Ottawa; grandfather of Rena (Dan), Leora, Edward (Chiharu), Keana, Keila, and Gabriel; great-grandfather of Teiva and Ben. Survived by his cherished friend, Dora Gesser.
He was an avid swimmer and continued to enjoy his early morning laps even in his 90’s. With his friendly outgoing manner he established friendships and community in Montreal, Ashkelon (Israel), Victoria and Nanaimo (B.C.), and Palm Beach (Florida). Funeral service to be held in Montreal.
