Ross passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and close friends on July 7, 2019.
Raised in Nanaimo, he moved to Vancouver where he began his career as a Customs Broker. After several years, he became a partner in Omnitrans where he continued his career until his death.
Ross always had an adventurous spirit and curiosity about life. He grew up sailing and continued that in his later life. He enjoyed go-carting and racing cars, was an avid reader, loved music and was a person people wanted to be around.
He will be lovingly missed by his wife, Leslie, children Sean, Carli, Lindsay (Jeff) and Michael (Sarah), eight grandchildren, three nephews, mother Muriel James and sister Lesley Barth (Gord). Predeceased by father Robert James.
