Bob died peacefully surrounded by family from congestive heart failure.
He is predeceased by his wife Rosemary and survived by his children Drew (Shanda), Becky (Daniel), Louisa (Trevor), Claire (Richard), 10 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Bob loved to laugh and was always telling jokes and cracking wise. A very intelligent man who kept his mind alive with doing a daily crossword from the Times Colonist. He loved movies sports and reading the newspaper.
Bob was a one of kind father and friend who was a fierce protector of all he loved. He was always there when you needed him no matter what. Bob will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
In lieu of flowers please give to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
