Raymond passed away quietly after a long battle with COPD.
Predeceased by his son Dale in Feb. 2010, he is survived by his wife Lillian of 53 years, children; Cheryl and Keith. Also survived by grandchildren; Errol, Fiona, Dillon and Garrett.
