Hagstrom, Mavis Darlene
Passed away at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital Palliative Care on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the age of 69. She is survived by her husband, Bob Burnie; mother, Hazel Sloper; brother, Vern; sister, Elaine (Jake) Van Kooten; four nieces and their families.
A celebration of Mavis’s life, and reception, will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church Hall, 4850 Regina Avenue, in Port Alberni on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
