Passed away quietly, June 20, 2011, at Nanaimo Regional General Hosp. Born May 25, 1918 in Hamilton Scotland. Moved to Nanaimo when she was a year and a half old. Predeceased by her husband Roy, in 1982, her parents, her son David in 2008 and 3 siblings, Agnes, John & Richard. Survived by her son Gary & his wife Nancy, 2 granddaughters, Linda (Paul), Sandi (Sean), 5 grandchildren and her brother David Peffers. She will be missed by her many family members and friends, particularly those she lawn bowled with.
