Newlands, Mary Elizabeth

After a long and tenacious battle with cancer, it is with sadness we announce the passing of Mary (May) Elizabeth Newlands (nee Logan) in Brandon Manitoba on September 30th 2015. May was born in Auchterarder Scotland and immigrated to BC with her beloved husband Joe and two sons, Jim and Alun in 1964. May and Joe lived throughout BC and eventually made their home in Nanaimo before relocating to Manitoba. May is predeceased by Joe in 2004 and leaves behind their two sons, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Special thanks to May’s friends and neighbors in Brandon and the Brandon medical community for their care and support over the years.
