Mary E. Hobbis

November 10, 1921 - June 3, 2019
Mary E Hobbis passed away at the age of 97. She is loved deeply by her sweetheart and husband of 77 years, Clifford Hobbis and will be missed greatly by her all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and friends. The thing she would want known most at her passing, is that she has gone home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
She resided in the Nanaimo Senior Village Complex Care and considered her home there as her "cottage in the village" as she waited to go on to her eternal home. As family we would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for their care during her hospital stay. And a very special thanks filled with gratitude to the doctor, nurses and staff at Nanaimo Senior Village Complex care. Their care and compassion to Mom in her final moments and our final moments with her is beyond words.
The Celebration of Life for Mary will be at 1 pm, June 29, 2019 at Departure Bay Baptist Church, 3510 Departure Bay Rd, Nanaimo BC.
