Marlene Donna (Emde) Koch
June 15th, 1946 - June 25th, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend. She will be affectionately remembered by the love of her life, her “sweet pea”, Norman Koch, her sister; Val (Murray) Whyte, her brothers; Ron (Helen) Emde and Wayne Emde, her daughters; Kimberley (Tod) Brunelle Malmloff, Kelly Brunelle, Jacquie (Al) Chellew, Jenn (Karina) Koch and son; Graham (Cindi) Koch, her grandchildren; Justin (Toni), Brian, Chelsea, Jenni, Stephanie, Emily and Bethany, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Her loved ones will be holding a celebration of life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 10, 129 Harewood Road, Nanaimo on July 5th at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to the COPD foundation at lung.ca would be greatly appreciated.
