Passed away on January 29th 2014 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Darrell; mother, Maureen; sister, Angeline; niece, Marnie; and nephew, Brad and their families; her mother-in-law, Lorraine Fowler; brother-in-law, Jim (Annette) Johnston and family.
June was a volunteer for the Port Theatre, and member of the Nanaimo Horticultural Society. June retired from the Canadian Western Bank after many years of service.
June touched many people’s hearts with her bright and cheerful smile. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 256 Royal Canadian Legion, 1630 Townsite Rd., Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be offered at telford@shaw.ca.
