Jock Norman (Peter)
Born in Udapussellawa Ceylon in 1926, died March 26, 2011. Attended Trinity College School, joined the Canadian Air Force and then the Fleet Air Arm for a short and bumpy career as a pilot. Graduated from Marischal College, Aberdeen, and travelled the world with his brother Alasdair before ranching in Millarville, Alberta. Subsequent careers included agricultural sales, and stock broker. More accurately he was a climber, sailor, gardener, skier, devout Traditional Anglican, loving husband, father, Grandfather Sir, friend and host. SlangeVar!
Memorial Service will be held at St. Phillips Anglican Church, Cedar, BC, March 31, 2011 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family at telfordn@shaw.ca
