Mills, Gladys Ella
loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, born in Gillingham, Kent, England, April 5, 1913, passed away peacefully in her sleep November 2, 2003 at the Transitional level of Care Facility at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Gladys is survived by her loving husband Bill (Ernest), daughter Eileen, son Bill (Lorraine), grandchildren; Katie, Scott and Tyler and great grandchild Liam. She was a kind and gentle person who touched the lives of all those she had contact with. A memorial service will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel, One Newcastle Avenue, Nanaimo, BC at 1:30pm on Thursday November 6, 2003 with the Reverend Wilber James officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
