It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Madge on March 1, 2014 with her family by her side.
Predeceased by her husband, Don Robbins and her granddaughter, Shauna Brown. Madge will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Cynthia and her husband Les Melan, Sandra and her husband Bill Russell, and her daughter, Arvilla Theriault; also her step-daughters: Lois and her husband John Campbell, and Bonita and her husband Kees Schaddelee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Madge loved entertaining friends and family, boating, traveling, bridge and sewing. She was an extremely kind and generous person with a wonderful sense of humor. She had an undeniably keen attachment to her HAPPY HOUR; please share a CHEERS in memory of Madge.
Many thanks to all the wonderful staff at Dufferin Place, you were a blessing during her final hours and we are eternally grateful.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
