Eduardo Espedido known to many as Ed, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2016 at the age of 82. Ed will be lovingly remembered by his wife Lilia and his children Grace (Tim), Ferdinand (Dona), Marie (Colin) and MaryAnn. Ed will also be fondly remembered as “Lolo” by his nine grandchildren: Megan, Seth, David, Taylor, Hannah, Rachel, Zach, Liam and Lizzy.
In 1966, Ed brought his family to Canada from the Philippines. They lived in Northern BC before settling in Nanaimo on beautiful Vancouver Island.
Thank you to Dr. Irvine for all the years of care. Thank you to the Cancer Clinic and the Palliative team at NRGH who cared for their beloved father, Ed.
A funeral service will be held on November 25th at 11AM at St. Peters Catholic Church, 301 Machleary St, Nanaimo, reception to follow.
