Dorothy Victoria Pohl
Passed away on November 21, 2013 at the age of 82 years.
Dorothy was an active member of the Eagles Club in her younger years, becoming a life member in Ladysmith. She also served as a volunteer to the Girl Guides of Canada for many years. Dorothy, and her husband Elmer, owned and operated several businesses in Ladysmith and Nanaimo, including the Holiday House Motel in Ladysmith and Dells Groceries in Nanaimo.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 62 years, Elmer; her daughters, Leslie (Fleming) and Lorie (Rose); and by her five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her family and grandchildren, especially during summer vacation and holidays. Dorothy will be missed by her family and friends.
