Donna Jolin (nee) Eagleson
Sept. 5, 1935 - Jan 22, 2015
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden loss of our beloved Donna in Surrey BC. Predeceased by her parents, Husband Rennie, elder sister Joyce, and niece Candace Loyer. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Suzanne (Larry) Buehler. Sons, Farrel, Perry & Jesse Burns. As well as her sisters Marcella Mitteregger and Beaulah Rosewich (Walter), who will always miss her smiling face, humour and laughter, our multi phone conversations and her cheery “Hello Dear”; and by her brother–in–law Joe Loyer; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews & nieces. Also by her adored kitties, Boots & Blackie. Donna spent most of her life on the prairies, where she was a valued psychiatric nurse; a creative craftsperson and a green thumb gardener. Her love of music led her to entertain, sing and play guitar in a western music band throughout Alberta. Donna was a spirited courageous cheerful lady in spite of struggling with ill health in later years. Remembered fondly for her kind heart, warmth, and affection, she was an empathetic listener and loyal friend. She was always a fierce defender of family values, with unconditional love. The family wishes to give special thanks to Rene for her kind personal home care, and also a very special thanks to son Jesse for being there. Sadly missed, always remembered. A family gathering to honour Donna will be held at a later date.
