1928 - 2015
Passed away on April 25, 2015 in Nanaimo, BC at the age of 86. Survived by his beloved wife June; sisters Doreen and Anne (Paul); children Iyeshka/Wendy, and Beric (Diane); grandchildren Christopher, Beric, Rowan, Jenna, and Gareth, mother-in-law Rose, and many nieces, nephews and extended family members in Canada and the UK. Pre-deceased by sister Iris. Cliff died as he lived: with courage, love, peace, humility, compassion, kindness, and curiosity.
He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends, who were privileged and honoured to have had him in their lives.
A funeral service will be held at St. Philip-by-the-Sea Anglican Church at 7113 Lantzville Road at 11am on May 22nd and a Celebration of Life party will be held at the Beban Park Social Centre from 2 to 4:30pm on May 23rd. Cliff’s ashes will be interred at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Donations to the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society.
