It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Charles Chang. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Billie, of 42 years; children, Paula (Jeff), Stephen (Sarah); grandchildren, Cailyn and Jaime; brothers, Ken (Vi), Harold (Asako); niece, and nephews and countless friends. He will be lovingly remembered by family and friends for his many thoughtful gestures, quiet strength, quick wit and wry sense of humour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation. There will be no service by request.
