Carol passed away peacefully at the Nanaimo General Hospital, surrounded by her father, Adolph and her sister Gayle. On December 20th, 2004 Carol suffered a very sudden massive brain aneurysm and was immediately rushed to the Victoria General Hospital for surgery. Sincere appreciation to Dr. John Sun (Neurosurgeon), Dr. Terrance Paul, B.Sc-MD-FRCPC, Dr. Kenneth Mann, our family Doctor and all the staff at both hospitals for their exemplary care of Carol. Adolph and Gayle will always cherish Carol’s miraculous recovery, prayers and talks that they had before her second fatal aneurysm attack. Carol is lovingly remembered by ALL her family. Carol was highly respected by her many colleagues and friends and worked 30 years as a Court Reporter. As Adolph being a proud member of W.W. God saw you getting tired
A cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,and whispered,
“Come To Me”
With tearful eyes we watched you fade away
Although we loved you
dearly,we could not
make you stay.
Many times we thought of you, many times we cried.
If love alone could have
saved you, you never
would have died.
A golden heart stopped beating, your tender hands are at rest
God took you home
to prove to us
That He only takes the Best
