Dodd, Bessie

Bessie was born in England, & went to be with her Lord. She was predeceased by Percy, her loving husband of 59 years, daughter Daphne Thompson, son Stephen, granddaughter Rachel Thompson, grandson Jonathan Dodd, six brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her sons Brian, Bernard (Rosemary), Bill (Emily), daughter Pauline (Alex) Mulholland, son-in-law Norman (Betty) Thompson, 15 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 30 great-great grandchildren, sister Dorothy Briggs, brother Jim (Mildred) Proudlove, sister-in-law Margaret Dodd and numerous nephews and nieces. Bessie emigrated from Wales with Percy and their 6 children in 1957. She will be missed by all who knew her. There will be a Memorial Service on Sunday, August 14th at 2:30 pm at First Baptist Church, 1650 Waddington Road. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
