To Stop Up and Close, Remove Highway
Dedication from an unnamed lane between 334 & 364 Haliburton Street
TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section 40(1) and 40(2) of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Nanaimo intends to stop up, close to traffic, and remove highway dedication from an unnamed laneway between 334 & 364 Haliburton Street more particularly described as follows:
That the unnamed laneway between 334 & 364 Haliburton Street comprising 404. 7m2, more or less, shown as “Closed Road”, shown on the sketch below.
FURTHERMORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section 40 (3) of the Community Charter, all persons who consider themselves affected by the proposed road closure as described in “Highway Closure and Dedication Removal Bylaw 2022 No. 7341” are invited to address Council of the City of Nanaimo in writing, or in person at Council’s meeting scheduled for 2023-AUG-28.
