The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application for the property shown in the location map below.
PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) Zone, Subdivision District ‘D’ to Rural 1(RU1) Zone, Subdivision District ’F’, under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to reduce the minimum parcel size from 2.0 hectares to 1.0 hectare to allow a two-lot subdivision.

Feedback must be received by 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 8, 2023. A summary of the comments received will be provided to the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and RDN Board as part of the application review process.
