TAKE NOTICE THAT on 06/December/2023 an order was made for service on you of a Notice of Civil Claim issued from the Vancouver Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding number S-233794 by way of this advertisement.

In the proceeding, the Plaintiffs claim the following relief against you :

1. An order under Section 60 of the Wills, Estates and Succession Act, S.B.C. 2009, c. 13 (“WESA”), varying the Will of the Deceased, such provision as this court thinks adequate, just and equitable in the circumstances for the proper maintenance and support of the Plaintiffs;

2. A declaration that the Estate hold a portion of the property in trust for the Plaintiffs, as follows

3. Costs; and

4. Such other relief as this Honourable Court seems meet and just.

You must file a responding pleading within the period required pursuant to the Order of Master Robertson granted on December 6, 2023 (the “Order”), failing which further proceedings, including judgment, may be taken against you without notice to you.
