The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) received notice from a resident who was called by an individual posing as a regional district handyDART representative.
The caller proceeded to ask the client for money related to handyDART services.
The RDN wants to inform the public that it does not contact clients for payment. The client followed the recommended course of action, which is to hang up and call the RDN directly.
