Tickets are on sale for one of the most popular events in Nanaimo’s social calendar.
Nanaimo Red Serge Dinner is set for Sept. 30 at the Coast Bastion Inn in support of the Canadian Cancer Society and Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock.
Hosted by Nanaimo RCMP Supt. Norm McPhail, guests enjoy a buffet dinner with riders on the 2012 Tour de Rock. Tickets are $60, or $450 for a table of eight.
Tickets are available at the Canadian Cancer Society’s Nanaimo office, the Inn on Long Lake and Coast Capital credit union on Aulds Road.
The Tour de Rock begins Sept. 22 and wraps up Oct. 5 in Victoria, visiting 27 communities along the way. For more information, or to donate, please visit www.copsforcancerbc.ca.
