Progressive Nanaimo is holding its second public forum to introduce political candidates in October.
The citizens group plans to host its next event on Oct. 14, which will see civic election candidates introduce themselves to voters and answer questions.
During the first forum in mid-September, 16 potential candidates stepped forward, and there was a crowd of about 100 people.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Beban Park Social Centre.
