NANAIMO – Police seek male considered a person of interest in ongoing investigation.

Police seek the public's assistance in identifying this man

Nanaimo RCMP are asking for help from the public in identifying a person seen in Nanaimo last weekend.

In a press release, Const. Gary O’Brien, Nanaimo RCMP spokesman, said a male was in Nanaimo on the afternoon of Dec. 20 and is considered to be a person of interest in an ongoing investigation.

The man may have information which could assist in an investigation.

O’Brien said he couldn’t elaborate on where the man was seen or give details on the nature of the investigation.
