A Nanaimo man is set to stand trial in March for charges related to a case involving the assault of a 29-year-old woman last May.

A Nanaimo man is set to stand trial in March for charges related to a case involving the assault of a 29-year-old woman last May.

Amongst the charges against Timothy James Wyslouzil, 43 at the time of the incident, forcible confinement, administer noxious thing, aggravated sexual assault and overcome resistance by attempting to choke.

The trial is set to begin March 24 in Nanaimo provincial court.
