Nanaimo might not get much of a break from snow, as more is in the forecast for today.
There is no snowfall warning in effect as of 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27, but there is a chance of flurries this morning, and then periods of snow are expected in the afternoon and through the evening, ending overnight, according to Environment Canada.
The cold will continue, as today’s expected high is -5 C.
Tuesday’s expected high temperature is -3, and the snow is expected to hold off in the daytime but could return Tuesday evening. There is a likelihood of more snow flurries Wednesday, says Environment Canada.
