E-bike stolen after being left outside Nanaimo grocery store for five minutes

Nanaimo RCMP hope the public can help them locate a stolen electric cargo bike.

According to an RCMP press release, the e-bike was taken Nov. 22 sometime between 9:55 and 10 a.m. from outside the Country Grocer store on Bowen Road.

The e-bike is black with a rear cargo rack and side steps and bears the serial number EB0119 WN7B01730.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP detachment non-emergency line at 250-754-2345 and quote file No. 2021-43379.
