Nanaimo city council and senior staff will host three special meetings over the next week to allow for provisional budget discussions.
Meetings will be held Tuesday (Jan. 10) at 1:30 p.m., Jan. 16 at 3 p.m. and Jan. 17 at 1:30 p.m. All meetings will be held in the boardroom at city hall. The public is welcome to attend.
The $160-million budget is in the public consultation/council deliberation stage. Residents will also be able to address budget concerns or comments at regularly scheduled council meetings until the end of February.
