Extra sailings from Nanaimo to the Mainland will be added for the upcoming long-weekend.
BC Ferries has announced that there will be additional sailing times on Family Day (Feb. 8) in order to accommodate heavy traffic.
There will be a 7 p.m. sailing from Departure Bay and a 9 p.m. sailing from Horseshoe Bay.
