The Vancouver Island Symphony is holding auditions for its three choirs on Thursday (June 2) starting at 4 p.m. at Nanaimo North Town Centre.
The Fabulous Fives is a Grade 5 choir for students going into Grade 5 in September. The choir rehearses throughout the year and performs at community events in the fall.
The Children’s Choir is for Grades 6-8 and the VIS Symphonic Choir is for singers who are age 16 and over.
The auditions are being run by conductor Patricia Plumley and each one is about 10 minutes. People must register for an audition time by calling 250-754-0177.
