A Nanaimo author has made a mouthful out of the alphabet.

Written and illustrated by Amy Pye, An Alphabetical Astronomical (sorta musical) Adventure was released earlier this month and is aimed at young readers eager to explore the alphabet.

The author’s third book offers a whimsical journey that brims with alliteration and tongue-twisters, noted a release, and is perfect for bedtime stories and classroom read-alouds.

“I wanted to create a book that not only helps children master the alphabet, but also sparks their curiosity about the wonders of the universe,” Pye said in the release. “Readers can journey through space while enjoying the rhythmic cadence of alliteration and the challenge of tongue-twisters.”

An Alphabetical Astronomical (sorta musical) Adventure is available online at www.artbyamy.ca.
