The Nanaimo Concert Band and the Dixie Down Beat jazz band are joining forces to help raise money for St. Andrew’s United Church.
The two bands host an evening of Dixieland entertainment to help the restoration of the more than century-old church.
Guest are invited to dance the night away to the Dixieland beats or relax with refreshments available at the concert.
The event is set for Friday (June 17), 7:30 p.m., at the church. Tickets $15 from West Coast Classic Floral, the church office or any of the band members.
