Risk management is a goal of the B.C. Safety Authority’s new president and CEO.
Catherine Roome said she is pushing forward a business philosophy built around risk management – where reducing or eliminating risk becomes the responsibility of homeowners and business owners. The B.C. Safety Authority has offices in 26 communities in B.C. – including Nanaimo – and oversees public safety in the technical and trades industry throughout the province.
