Kids seek out Easter Bunny at Woodland

The search is on for the Easter Bunny at Vancouver Island University’s Milner Gardens and Woodland.

The event takes place April 23-25 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with free admission for children 12 and under accompanied by an adult.

At the Welcome and Interpretive Centre, children can pick up maps for clues to finding the bunnies, and then return the map to the Pool House Gift Shop to receive an Easter treat.

In addition, participants need to keep their eyes open along the forest trails for interesting rabbit facts.

In the gardens they may find blown glass Easter eggs donated by artist Ted Jolda. If they find one of the Jolda eggs, it is theirs to keep.

Milner Gardens and Woodland is  at 2179 West Island Hwy. in Qualicum Beach.
