As the calendar turns over into December, organizers of the Great Nanaimo Toy Drive want to push for more donations to help the Christmas campaign.
Unwrapped toys, books and games for infants to teens can be dropped off at 21 locations; for information, visit www.thegreatnanaimotoydrive.ca.
Families in need wishing to register to receive presents this year are asked to call 250-933-3240 by Dec. 3.
“The Great Nanaimo Toy Drive exists thanks to the support of the people, organizations and businesses of Nanaimo. All of us make the toy drive work,” said Carolyn Iles, toy drive director.
