Nanaimo individuals and groups can share their talents, traditions, culture or ethnic foods with others at the Multicultural Festival on June 25.
The festival’s organizers are seeking participants for the event, which brings a variety of family-friendly activities, fabulous foods and diverse entertainment to Wesley Street and the Old City Quarter.
People can take part in a variety of ways: by sharing individual or group talents, artistic traditions or culture through a cultural demonstration/performance; setting up a cultural display booth; or by preparing and selling international foods.
There are 15 40-minute performance slots available for the cultural demonstrations.
