Gary Manson, Snuneymuxw elder, imparted his wisdom to students from École Quarterway and École Pauline Haarer elementary schools during an Earth Day event last month at Bowen Park.
Teachers and students learned about Snuneymuxw culture, sang songs and released salmon.
