Nominations are now open for the Prime Minister's Volunteer Awards.
The annual program celebrates individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses that devote time and energy to improving the well-being of families and communities and deserve recognition for volunteer work.
Seventeen awards are given at the regional and national levels and recipients are recognized at a ceremony and can identify a non-profit group to receive a grant.
