The Wheatsheaf Fastball Club finished a successful season in the Nanaimo Senior Men’s Fastball League, winning the league and playoff championships.
The team hosted the provincial championship in July and finished fifth. By virtue of winning the 2011 Softball B.C. Senior B Championships they qualified for the 2012 Western Canadian Championships, earning a bronze medal.
