Re: Nanaimo Halloween enthusiast in need of kidney transplant, March 30.
On behalf of Melanie and Keith Kirk and family, we would like to express our most heartfelt appreciation to all the people and businesses who supported the fundraiser for Melanie’s kidney transplant.
The sold out event was great fun and with so many donations, the silent auction exceeded expectations.
Melanie and Keith feel blessed to be provided with the emotional and financial support to help them through this life-altering time.
We are happy to report Mel’s operation was successful and she is on the road to recovery.
